In 1970 the company was incorporated under Mr. Cu Un Kay’s 10 children, and thus became the inception of King Sue Ham & Sausage Company, Inc.
In the early 70s, there was a growing Western influence on the Philippine food industry. The company adapted by diversifying into other product lines such as cold cuts and sausages. With the surge in the Philippine economy, the demand for processed meat products increased drastically.
In response, the company decided to acquire modern machines with bigger production capacities.
